Tesco Announces Consultation on new Store Plans
Tesco has announced a public exhibition to discuss its early proposals for a store in Sheringham next month.
The consultation with local groups and residents will take place on Friday 3rd April (10am - 8pm) and Saturday 4th (10am - 3pm) at Oddfellows Hall, 4 Lifeboat Plain, Sheringham. Everyone is welcome to join.
Members of the Tesco team will be available to discuss the plans and record comments from the community as part of the consultation process whilst the plans are developed.
Nick Gellatly of Tesco said, "We want the new Tesco store to play a really positive role in the local community and the first step in this is to discuss the emerging plans with local people. I am looking forward to hearing from the community and discussing our proposals in detail. "Whilst we have already had an encouraging response to the news of a new store proposal, I hope that as many people as possible will drop in to give us their views and hear about the work we are putting into the improved plans."
